Your Task
- Development of a partner network or key accounts in the region and support of existing customers
- Market, customer and competitor analysis for the successful positioning of the xelectrix product on the market
- Elaboration of product requirements based on market research and customer feedback
- Responsible for planning and executing a product launch including the development of marketing campaigns
- Co-development of planned marketing activities and trade fairs (personal participation)
- Responsible for processing inquiries and making offers to customers
- Management of customer and order data in the CRM system
- In-depth technical knowledge of BESS systems, batteries and e-mobility
- Determination and documentation of sales targets and communication of these to management/investors
- Intensive cooperation in the area of strategy development with the headquarters in Mauthausen

Your Qualification
- Passion for renewable energy generation and storage
- Completed university / technical college degree in product management or similar
- min. 10 years of professional experience in the electrical industry (preferred) or another technical sector
- min. 6 years professional experience in sales / product management or R&D
- Independent, analytical and structured way of working
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Market, industry and competitive understanding
- Team player, social skills and leadership qualities
- High personal responsibility
- Willingness to travel within the sales area
- German, English fluent in spoken and written
