Your Task

  • Development of a partner network or key accounts in the region and support of existing customers
  • Market, customer and competitor analysis for the successful positioning of the xelectrix product on the market
  • Elaboration of product requirements based on market research and customer feedback
  • Responsible for planning and executing a product launch including the development of marketing campaigns
  • Co-development of planned marketing activities and trade fairs (personal participation)
  • Responsible for processing inquiries and making offers to customers
  • Management of customer and order data in the CRM system
  • In-depth technical knowledge of BESS systems, batteries and e-mobility
  • Determination and documentation of sales targets and communication of these to management/investors
  • Intensive cooperation in the area of strategy development with the headquarters in Mauthausen

Your Qualification

  • Passion for renewable energy generation and storage
  • Completed university / technical college degree in product management or similar
  • min. 10 years of professional experience in the electrical industry (preferred) or another technical sector
  • min. 6 years professional experience in sales / product management or R&D
  • Independent, analytical and structured way of working
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Market, industry and competitive understanding
  • Team player, social skills and leadership qualities
  • High personal responsibility
  • Willingness to travel within the sales area
  • German, English fluent in spoken and written
