Your Tasks
- Gathering and analyzing data on consumers, competitors and market developments
- Coordination with the R&D department regarding customer-based change requests
- Define the product's features and requirements based on market research and customer feedback
- Responsible for planning and executing the launch of a new product, including co-development of marketing materials and campaigns
- Defining the product vision and strategy and communicating it to stakeholders
- Setting product goals (measuring and reporting on product performance)
- Responsibility and management of the product documentation (required for both internal and external purposes)

- We offer from € 3,650 to € 4,000 gross. A market conform overpayment depending on qualification and experience is possible
Your Qualification
- University degree or comparable degree in product management or in the technical field
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the electrical industry (preferred) or another technical sector
- At least 6 years of professional experience in sales / product management / research and development independent and responsible working methods
- Experience in managing departments or teams is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English and German knowledge
